The grape brandy "Slivenska Perla" is produced from the aromatic grape varieties Muscat Ottonel, Perla and Tamianka, widely distributed in the region of Sliven. This rakia has a soft taste and a distinctive delicate flavor typical for these three type of grapes. Slivenska Perla is produced using a special traditional technology, which guarantees high quality. It is matured at least 2 years before bottling.
