Izgrev (Sunrise) is the new name of a series of plain biscuits of Pobeda, produced for more than 45 years (1965). They are among the best selling non-coated biscuits in Bulgaria and the second best selling product of the company. Biscuits are suitable to eat anytime of the day and for the preparation of various cakes and pastries.
The well known range of this series includes several sizes and flavours - plain biscuits 180 g, plain biscuits 120 g, petit beurre biscuits, cocoa biscuits.
In 2009, the series entered the market with a new name - Izgrev and new tastes with useful additions - Izgrev biscuits with milk and calcium and Izgrev biscuits with fibers and sweetener. The new biscuits with useful additives are suitable for healthy diets and lifestyles.

Ingredients: Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oil, raising agents: ammonium hydrogen carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, salt, wheat - processing agent: potassium metabisulphite, regulator of acidity: citric acid, flavour: vanilla. Contains wheat gluten and potassium metabisulphite. May contain traces of milk products.
